POTENCY: 1 : 3 (berry : menstruum ratio) / 1 : 3 (leaf and flower : menstruum)
SUGGESTED USE: Take 1 dropper (added to water or juice if desired) 2 to 4 times per day, ideally between meals. Shake well before using.
